This is a complete set that includes the Pennsylvania Flyer train, a tender, 3 cars, 1 caboose, 8 curved fast tracks, 4 straight fast tracks, and a power supply/controller. The box does show some minor wear and tear. Additionally, one of the four accessories of the grey car's payload is missing. Aside from that, we have working smoke and whistle to go along with this beautiful set.
